Reasons for damage to the fuser film sleeve:

1. Normal wear and tear: large print volume;

2. Toughness of the fuser film sleeve: it is not good or has a crack and it is easy to tear;

3. Inside the fuser film sleeve: not smooth enough, causing poor rotation, etc.;

4. Falling foreign objects: Use sharp objects to pick up the paper (tweezers, pens, pliers, knives, or force pulls, etc.) when the paper is jammed in the printing unit;

5. Uneven pressure: the fixing assembly causes the film to squeeze in one direction, or squeeze to the middle at the same time (the most common reason is that the two ends of the assembly are not balanced due to the wear of the roller sleeve under the fixing). The uneven thickness of the fuser film sleeve is too prominent.

Expansion: Ghosting and paper jam in printing:

1. Inside the fuser film sleeve: the surface is not smooth enough.

2. Heating plate: insufficient heat generated by aging;

3. Powder melting point: too high to melt completely;

4. Wear of the lower roller: the wear in the middle of the lower roller will cause wrinkles and damage to the middle of the fuser film sleeve;

5. Thickness of the fuser film sleeve: too thick, or poor raw materials, etc., resulting in too low thermal conductivity of the fuser film sleeve.
