The fuser film sleeve is too thick, or the manufacturing material is not good, etc., which causes the thermal conductivity of the fuser film sleeve to be too small;</p><p>2. The melting point of the powder is too high to be completely melted;</p><p>3. The heating plate is aging and the heat generated is not enough;</p><p>4. The inner surface of the fuser film sleeve is not smooth enough;</p><p>5. The lower roller has worn out (abrasion in the middle of the lower roller will cause wrinkles in the middle of the fuser film sleeve).</p>
