There are various phenomena and causes of deviation, so different adjustment methods should be adopted according to different phenomena and causes of deviation to effectively solve the problem. Based on many years of field practice, this paper analyzes and explains the causes and treatment methods of such failures from the perspective of users using mechanical principles.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>1. The verticality error between the installation position of the support roller set and the center line of the conveyor belt is large, resulting in the conveyor belt deviating from the loading area. In general, it is reasonable to use this method when the total length of the conveyor is short or when the conveyor is running in two directions. The reason is that shorter belts are easier to run and less easy to adjust. It is best not to use this method on the long belt conveyor, because the use of automatic self-aligning roller group will have a certain impact on the service life of the conveyor belt.</p>
