How to install butterfly valve gasket

<p>Sealing gaskets are commonly used sealing spare parts in machinery, equipment, and butterfly valves. Before installing the valve sealing gasket, coat the sealing surface, gasket, screw thread and the rotating part of the bolt and nut with a layer of graphite powder or a lubricant blended with graphite powder;</p><p>2. The valve sealing gasket cannot be deflected when installed on the sealing surface, and cannot penetrate into the valve cavity or rest on the shoulder;</p><p>3. Only one piece of valve sealing gasket is allowed to install, two or more pieces are not allowed to eliminate insufficient clearance;</p><p>4. The butterfly valve gasket should be in the open position before the upper cover, so as not to affect the installation and damage the valve parts.</p>
