<p><strong>Power inspection and internal inspection of electric </strong><a href="https://www.motorlsdd.com/products" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><strong><a href="https://www.motorlsdd.com/products" target="_blank">swing door opener</a></strong></a></p><p><br></p><p>Trouble phenomenon 1: Put the card close to the reader, the buzzer does not sound, and the indicator light does not respond.</p><p>Possible Causes:</p><p>(1) Check whether the power supply is normal;</p><p>(2) The connection between the card reader and the controller is incorrect;</p><p>(3) The line from the card reader to the controller exceeds the effective length (120M), that is, the voltage and current are insufficient.</p><p>(4) Check whether there is a problem with the card reader;</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Fault phenomenon 2: Bring the valid card close to the card reader, the buzzer will sound once, the LED indicator has no change, and the door cannot be opened.</p><p>Possible Causes:</p><p>(1) The connection between the card reader and the controller is incorrect;</p><p>(2) The line is seriously interfered, and the card reader data cannot be transmitted to the controller.</p><p>(3) The power supply is not enough, causing the controller and card reader to not work normally (check whether the mains power is cut off and the UPS is working).</p><p>(4) Check the controller, there may be a problem with the controller;</p><p><br></p><p>Trouble phenomenon 3: The access control has been used normally, one day it was suddenly found that all valid cards could not be opened (it became invalid cards).</p><p>Possible Causes:</p><p>(1) The operator sets the access control device on a rest day (all cards cannot open the door on a rest day);</p><p>(2) The operator initialized the access control or other reasons caused the controller to execute the initialization command.</p><p>(3) The current card reader is faulty.</p><p>(4) The power supply is not enough, causing the controller and card reader to not work normally (check whether the mains power is cut off and the UPS is working).</p><p>(5) There is a problem with the electric control lock and it cannot work normally.</p><p><br></p>
