Installation conditions</p><p>(1) The wooden door must be installed with a reserved opening, and it is strictly prohibited to install and build the opening.</p><p>(2) The wooden door must be installed after the installation of the hole ground engineering (such as: floor tiles, stone), and at the same time, after the wall putty is scraped and polished (the wall must be pasted with wall tiles, the openings of the stone must be all aligned with the openings Side) before installation.</p><p>(3) The humidity of the wall of the installation hole is <25%. If the humidity is >25%, a moisture-proof isolation layer should be made on the installation wall.</p><p>(4) The installation site environment is clean and tidy, free from clutter and cross-working.</p><p><br></p><p>2. Installation tools Electric hammer, woodworking hammer, planer, flat file, fine-tooth saw (hacksaw), screwdriver, square, tape measure, plumb bob, spirit level, electric drill, hole opener, poke, drill bits of corresponding specifications.</p><p><br></p><p>3. Installation materials: iron connection pieces, 60 iron nails, 25 and 20 self-tapping screws, 502 glue, towel or cotton yarn, wood shavings, small wooden strips, pig hair brush, styrofoam, milky white glue, door locks, hinges, Moisture insulation materials for door and wall.</p><p><br></p><p>Wooden door installation sequence:</p><p>1. Assemble the door cover.</p><p>First find the door cover and the vertical plate, and align the joints according to the number on the back. The joints should be on the same plane, and glue on the joints.</p><p>2. Install the door cover.</p><p>Put the firmly assembled door cover into the door hole. Use small wooden strips to fix the door cover around. Both sides of the door cover should be on the same plane as the wall. Then check whether the door cover is perpendicular to the ground and the top plate of the door cover is at right angles. Whether the two corners of the board are at right angles, and whether the door set upright board is bent, twist the two ends of the iron sheet to wrap the wall.</p><p>3. Install the door leaf.</p><p>Open the hinge groove first, and the distance between the hinge groove and the two ends of the door leaf should be 1/10 of the height of the door leaf.</p><p>4. Install the door lock.</p><p>After installation, check whether the door leaf and door lock switch are flexible, whether the left seam is flexible, and whether the left seam meets the specifications.</p><p>5. Install the door cover cable.</p><p>Cut the door cover line with the right-angled edge into a 45-degree angle, trim it with a carpenter's plane, insert the right-angled edge into the door cover slot, and use the floor glue to glue the door cover line and the door cover plate firmly.</p><p>6.
