V&T has provided reliable servo drive brand for global market. Servo motors (or servos) are self-contained electric devices that rotate or push parts of a machine with great precision. Servos are found in many places: printing packaging, petrochemical, textile, cable machinery, food packaging, electric vehicles, plastic machinery, metal products equipment, centrifuges and other hign-end applications.

Servo systems include three primary components: a motor, a drive (also referred to as an amplifier), and a feedback mechanism. Also typically included are a power supply and a servo controller capable of controlling either a single axis or coordinating the motion of multiple axes. With the large-scale application of servo systems, the use of servo drives, servo drive debugging, and servo drive maintenance are all relatively important technologies of servo drives today. More and more industrial control technology service providers have conducted in-depth research on servo drives.Servo driver is an important part of modern motion control. It is widely used in industrial robots and CNC machining centers and other automation equipment. Especially, the servo drive of variable speed control AC permanent magnet synchronous motor has become a research hotspot at home and abroad. In the design, current, speed and position 3 closed-loop control algorithms based on vector control are commonly used. Whether the speed closed-loop design in this algorithm is reasonable or not plays a key role in the entire servo control system, especially the speed control performance.

Servo motors are able to operate at a wide range of speeds—both high and low—without overheating, and to maintain sufficient torque at zero speed to hold a load in place. They can also maintain a constant velocity, despite changes in the amount of torque acting on the system.Torque control is also possible with a servo motor, and servos are often defined by their speed-torque curves, which indicate the motor’s peak and continuous torque values. Peak torque is the maximum torque the motor can generate for a short amount of time, while continuous torque can be produced indefinitely. If a servo motor is operated above its continuous torque rating for a significant amount of time, excess heat is generated, which will damage the motor’s circuitry. Operating a servo motor above its peak torque can demagnetize the magnets.
