Our machine’s injection unit with the advantages as compact structure, reasonable composition, equal plasticizing, high injection press and high speed, very suitable for producing high quality products.</p><p><br></p><p>Clamping Unit</p><p><br></p><p>Injection unit is composed of mold clamping oil cylinder, mold adjusting device, frontal and rear mold platen, stretch bar, elbow jointed bar frame, moving platen, safety device, central hydraulic ejector etc.</p><p><br></p><p>Control Unit</p><p><br></p><p>Our standard machine is for 380v/50hz/3phases, the operation power supply is 24v, also we can adjust according to the different power supply standard in different areas.</p><p><br></p><p>Hydraulic Unit</p><p><br></p><p>This unit is composed of direction valve, proportional pressure valve, proportional direction valve, overfall valve, unilateral valve & pump, and hydraulic motor etc, these components compose the electric-hydraulic proportional loading feedback circuit, which is with fast respond, reliable running, stable action, energy saving, easy to operate, easy to maintain and other characteristics.</p><p><br></p><p>Safety Device</p><p><br></p><p>Mechanical safety device:</p><p><br></p><p>This device is import for protecting operator’s and mold’s safety, if do the mold opening action at a safety door opening condition, the mechanical safety stick will drop down automatically during its backward moving course, so, even if there is any problem on the electric or hydraulic circuit, the safety block will prevent the forward moving of the safety stick if there is the trial mold closing action, accordingly this will prevent the mold closing action to be finished.</p><p><br></p><p>Electric safety device:</p><p><br></p><p>A. Safe door position-limited switch</p><p><br></p><p>The position-limited switch can break off the mold-closing electric circuit, when the safe door open, if you turn on the switch, the electric circuit will be broken off, accordingly the mold-closing action will not be done. If open the safe door during mold closing course, the moving platen will be stopped immediately.</p><p><br></p><p>B. Urgent Stop button</p><p><br></p><p>Under the urgent condition, you can press the urgent stop button, the oil motor will be stopped, accordingly the machine will be stopped immediately.</p><p><br></p>
