<p>In order to protect the welding <a href="https://www.draire.net/industrial-electrostatic-precipitator" target="_blank">dust collector</a>, when the high-temperature flue gas temperature of the system exceeds the temperature that the filter bag can bear, the mixed air valve is opened to absorb the cold air and reduce the flue gas temperature to protect the normal operation of the filter bag. According to the arrangement mode is divided into single warehouse layout and double warehouse layout. The outlet of fluidized silo type pump is located above the silo type pump. Its advantage is that the ash block will not cause the clogging of the silo pump. Fluidized silo pump adopts multi-layer canvas plate or pagoda-shaped porous steel plate structure. Compressed air enters the vaporization chamber at the bottom of the silo pump through the air control inlet valve, dust particles are fully wrapped by the compressed air through the fluidized plate in the silo pump, so that dust particles form a fluid nature of the "countercurrent body", so as to have good fluidity, it can transport the concentrated phase, so as to achieve the purpose of smooth transport.</p>
