The pixel pitch directly correlates with the resolution and clarity of the images being displayed. Also called pitch, or dot pitch, the pixel pitch is the distance in millimeters from the center of a single pixel to the adjacent pixel center. The shorter the distance between the two pixels, the bigger reduction in blank space, resulting in higher resolution, or a clearer image.
