<p>Corrosion-resistant alloy <a href="https://www.pcbccl.com/copper-foil" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">copper foil</a> and heat-resistant alloy copper foil are mostly used for radiators, gaskets, brake pads, etc. With the miniaturization of electronic and electrical components, the use of copper and copper alloy foil will become more and more extensive. Shanghai electrolytic copper foil is made by using a cathode roller to precipitate copper cations on the surface of the cathode roller, and then surface treatment after being removed. At present, the production of electrolytic copper foil in most countries in the world adopts the continuous roller electrolysis method, which consists of two parts, namely, the raw foil production process and the surface treatment process, namely: melting copper-electrolysis-surface treatment.</p><p><br></p><p>The equipment structure is relatively simple, consisting of a dissolving tank, an electroforming (dissolving) tank, a processor, a slitting machine, a coating machine, a furnace, a shearing machine, and a coiling machine. The dissolving tank dissolves the waste copper in the sulfuric acid solution; the electroforming tank stores the electrolyte, and the copper ions in the solution are electrolytically deposited on the surface of the cathode roller to form copper foil; the copper foil stripped from the cathode roller is washed and dried by the processor dry. The thickness of electrolytic copper foil ranges from 0.14--0.009 mm, and the common ones are 0.018 mm and 0.035 mm. Electrolytic copper foil is pure copper foil, with high copper content and good conductivity, but its mass density is not as good as that of rolled copper foil. The chemical composition is uniform, the size and allowable deviation are small, and the surface has no defects such as pinholes and wrinkles. The special property of electrolytic copper foil is that its surface is matte, which is cohesive, has certain strength after surface treatment, and has strong resistance to peeling, oxidation and discoloration.</p><p><br></p>
