How big is the load required for the plastic pallet</p><p>It is necessary to clarify that multiple goods are placed on the pallet, and the structure of the corresponding pallet for different loads is different. Pallets are divided into light, medium and heavy. Light-duty pallets carry lighter goods within 300kg; medium-duty pallets carry goods between 300-800kg; heavy pallets are generally required for loads over 800kg, and plastic pallets need to be filled with steel pipes for special requirements.</p><p><br></p><p>3. What kind of plastic tray should be used?</p><p>There are single-sided use and double-sided use of trays, which are what we often call single-sided trays and double-sided trays.</p><p>The single-sided pallet has only one load-bearing surface to place goods, and the other surface is used for supporting handling equipment. Common single-sided plastic pallets include Sichuan-shaped plastic pallets, Tian-shaped plastic pallets, and nine-foot plastic pallets;</p><p>Double-sided pallets can be used to place goods on both load-bearing surfaces, and the handling tools are forkped between the load-bearing surfaces.</p><p>Multi-layer stacking of double-sided pallets is stable, and multi-layer stacking of single-sided pallets is more unstable. What kind of plastic pallet is needed</p><p>The common plastic pallet structure is grid-like, which has the advantages of ventilation, dust leakage, light weight and non-slip. Understand what is the handling tool for supporting plastic pallets</p><p>It is also necessary to understand what handling equipment is in the warehouse. If it is a new project that has not been purchased for handling equipment, you need to select the appropriate handling equipment based on factors such as shipment volume, shipment speed, and single pallet load.</p><p>Common handling equipment is a manual hydraulic vehicle (also called a ground cow), and the supporting pallet structure can only be a single-sided plastic pallet.</p><p>If it is a forklift (electric and fuel), you can consider using double-sided plastic pallets.</p><p><br></p><p>6. Understand the special use requirements of the plastic pallet use department</p><p>After understanding the above points, you can basically choose a suitable plastic pallet.
