Perform internal descaling once every 30 days, and check the usage of detergents and driers frequently to prevent clogging by foreign bodies.</p><p><br></p><p>5.&nbsp;All other kitchen equipment should be thoroughly cleaned after each use, maintained regularly, and oiled gears and bearings monthly. The motor shall be overhauled every 3 months.</p>
