Rubber materials are generally made of PVC, PE, PP and other materials. According to different characteristics, wire manufacturers generally choose PVC that is not easy to burn, resistant to aging, and resistant to oil as the outer cover of the cable.</p><p><br></p><p>2. PVC (polyvinyl chloride) has the characteristics of not easy to burn, aging resistance, oil resistance, chemical resistance, impact resistance, and easy coloring. Therefore, wire processing plants generally choose PVC as the insulating sheath of wires and cables. However, due to the large dielectric constant, it is generally only used as insulation materials for low-voltage cables and control cables. The minimum operating temperature is -40 degrees, and the high temperature resistance can reach 105 degrees.</p><p><br></p><p>3. The processing melting point of PE (polyethylene) is 132~1350℃, the ignition temperature is 3400℃, and the natural temperature is 3900℃. Therefore, PE is generally used as the material for forming the inner membrane during the wire harness processing.</p><p><br></p><p>4. PP (polypropylene) has excellent mechanical strength, the softening temperature is the highest among thermoplastics, low temperature resistance, and aging resistance. Generally, wire harness processing plants use a few external molds for molding.</p><p><br></p><p>The conductor is the primary cable for signal transmission. According to different metal characteristics, bare copper wire, tinned copper wire, silver-plated copper wire, etc. are generally used.
