If the raw water is clean tap water, the regular backwash time is about one week. If the feed water is ground water, or river water and well water, the cycle is about 3 days. The backwashing process can ensure that the sludge, impurities and particles accumulated in the pretreatment equipment can be discharged in time.</p><p><br></p><p>2) In order to ensure the quality of the inlet water of the RO device, when the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet water exceeds 0.06 Mpa, the filter element of the safety filter must be replaced. The replacement period of the filter element depends on the quality of the incoming water, and the average replacement period is 2-3 months.</p><p><br></p><p>3) To soften the resin tank, avoid direct sunlight.</p><p><br></p><p>The correct maintenance of the reverse osmosis system will affect the effluent quality of the purification system.</p><p><br></p><p>1) All operating parameters of RO equipment must be routinely recorded. It is recommended to record every 2 hours.</p><p><br></p><p>2) RO membrane elements need to be cleaned regularly. The deposits on the surface of the reverse osmosis membrane will affect the permeability of the membrane. For different reasons, an equivalent cleaning measurement method can be used according to the chemical cleaning method of the reverse osmosis membrane.</p><p><br></p><p>Regardless of the following situations, the membrane elements should be cleaned: the normal output flow is reduced by 10%; the salt content in water production is significantly increased; compared with the initial operating time, each pressure difference of the RO equipment will increase by 15% or 35kPa. Confirm that there is contamination or fouling; even if the pressure difference does not increase by 15%, it has been running for 3 to 4 months; because it takes a long time to stop the operation, clean it before stopping the operation.</p><p><br></p><p>3) Routinely check the conductivity meter, various pressure gauges and PLC system to keep the RO system running normally.</p><p><br></p><p>4) Regularly check the raw water pump and high-pressure pump, and replace the lubricant in time according to the maintenance manual.</p>
