<p><a href="https://www.toponetechdisplay.com/23-inch-ir-touch-frame" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><strong>Infrared touch frame</strong></a> employs light emitting diodes and detectors which are embedded into a bezel around the display and emit and detect rows and columns of infrared light across the surface of the screen. This makes an invisible grid of infrared beams and also on the other side of the screen from the emitters, photodetectors or sensors identify touch when the plane of the grid has been broken by a finger touch (or other solid object). Based on customer feedback, we have summarized some common problems during installation and use, so that users can better deal with emergencies.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Question 1: When the touch frame is connected to the computer, only a single point can be drawn.</p><p><br></p><p>Please check the computer's operating system. XP and Win7 Home Basic Edition can only support single point; Win7 Home Premium, Win7 Professional, Win7 Ultimate and Win8/Win10 systems support multiple points. If the installed version is the full version, not the Ghost version.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Problem 2: The touch is not precise and the touch point is deviated.</p><p><br></p><p>This problem can be solved by software by calibration, or contact us (Jingyan Electronics) for instructions on touch box operation.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Question 3: How to change the position of the USB cable in the lower left corner during installation.</p><p><br></p><p>The default outlet position of the USB cable of Jingyan electronic infrared touch frame is fixed at the lower left corner. If you want to change it to another position, you must confirm the change with the technician before custom processing.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Question 4: When the touch frame is connected to the computer, it cannot be touched.</p><p><br></p><p>(1) Check whether the USB cable of the touch frame is properly connected to the USB port of the computer;</p><p><br></p><p>(2) Check whether the USB port of the computer is compatible with USB2.0;</p><p><br></p><p>(3) Try to replace other USB ports;</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Question 5: Touch failure or random jumping phenomenon.</p><p><br></p><p>When installing the touch frame, the strong current and the weak current must be separated, and they cannot go together. The strong current radiation is very strong, which will cause interference to the touch frame, causing random jumps or disconnection of the touch.</p><p><br></p><p>Check the touch signal after installation.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Question 6: The USB cable transmission distance between the touch frame and the host computer.</p><p><br></p><p>The USB extension cable can be used directly within 10 meters;</p><p><br></p><p>USB extension cable with amplifier for 10-20 meters;</p><p><br></p><p>Above 20 meters, use an amplifier with external power supply and network transmission.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Question 7: When installing the <a href="https://www.toponetechdisplay.com/23-inch-ir-touch-frame" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><strong>ir touch frame</strong></a>, what are the requirements for the glass?</p><p><br></p><p>When installing the infrared touch frame, it must be close to the surface of the glass. At the same time, the glass must be flat, and the middle must not be raised. The projections will block part of the infrared light.</p><p><br></p><p>When installing a large splicing screen, it is recommended that the glass be 5-10mm high on both ends of the X side of the touch frame to make the glass concave inward, which is beneficial to the use effect.</p>
