The presence of factors such as wet operating environment of the motor and corrosive gas in the operation will damage the insulation of the motor. It is common that the winding ground fault, that is, the insulation damage, causes the live parts to collide with metal parts such as the chassis that should not be live. Such a failure will not only affect the normal operation of the motor, but also endanger personal safety. Therefore, in the application of the motor, you should always check the insulation resistance, and pay attention to whether the motor chassis is grounded firmly.</p><p> </p><p>7. In addition to the timing protection of the motor according to the above items, there is also a planned overhaul of the motor and related mechanical equipment. Thoroughly and comprehensively inspect and protect the motor, add short and worn components of the motor, thoroughly remove dust and dirt from the motor surface, check the insulation status, clean the bearings and check their wear.</p>
