A simple project that shows how the DC motor works with easily accessible materials.

The project not only shows the working principle of the permanent magnet motor, but also shows the working principle of the permanent magnet motor.

Plastic stand or small Board Metal clamps. Less bolts and nuts (Fixing metal clips with plastic frames)

Remove the enameled wire copper wire, use a small container or a half inch pipe to fix the copper wire, remove the coiled copper wire, and keep the two ends of the copper wire open --about 4-5 The wires at both ends of the cm Give coil have 2 turns.

This will stop the winding of the spiral copper wire to straighten the copper wire (

As shown in the photo) Remove enamel coating from both ends. (You can remove the enamel coating using any sharp object)

Fixed metal bracket-Leave enough space between the brackets to maintain permanent magnetic induction. The space between the two brackets should be slightly lower than the total length of the coiled copper wire (end to end)

Copper coil now (Remove enamel coating from both ends)

Between the two metal brackets, hold the permanent magnet under the copper coil to connect the two 1.5 v battery to metal bracket (Positive and negative)

Once the battery provides power, the copper coil becomes a magnet. For the above reasons, the north or south of the permanent magnet will be contrary to the north and south of the magnet, which experiences a force that converts it into rotational energy.
