There are many steps in the processing of wire harnesses. Although some steps are very fast, they cannot be ignored because of this. Today, Sino-Media will talk to you about one part: welding. Welding can be divided into the following seven steps: stripping, pre-welding, heating, wire feeding, leaving, condensation, and checking. Let us give you a detailed introduction:

In the process of production and processing of wire harness processing plants, many wire harnesses will involve welding, such as USB data lines, RB232 signal lines, HDMI data lines, etc. Generally, the main branch line welding or straight line welding of wires during the welding process, then the wire harness welding process has Which ones?

Wire processing plants generally use the soldering method, holding the electric wire in the right hand and the solder wire in the left hand. The operation process is as follows:

1. Stripping: When stripping with a wire stripper, you should pay attention to the single-stranded wire and the wire should not be damaged. The multi-strand and shielded wire will not be used, otherwise the quality of the joint will be affected. When stripping the multi-stranded wire, pay attention to twist the core into Spiral. The stripping length is operated according to the process material requirements.

2. Pre-welding: Pre-welding is the key process of wire welding. When the wire is tinned, it must be rotated while tinning. The direction of rotation is the same as the twisting direction. The "candle wick effect" of multi-stranded wires must be paid attention to, that is, the solder enters the insulating layer. Inside, the formed cord becomes hard and easily leads to joint failures.

3. Heating: First use the preheated Luotie head to heat the component leads and pads.

4. Wire feeding: Hold the tin wire left and right and send it to the heated welding place.

5. Leaving: After the solder wire melts and slowly flows to two-thirds of the entire pad area, quickly withdraw the solder wire and Luotie head.

6. Condensation: After the Luotie head is evacuated, do not shake the components and the circuit board. The solder joints should be allowed to condense naturally. For components that are easy to burn, you can blow on the solder to accelerate the condensing.

5. Check: Check the quality of welding, and require moderate amount of tin in solder joints, bright solder joints and firm welding.
